We are seeking motivated individuals to join us in providing clients with ACA Health, Life, Final Expense, and Medicare plans. At Vemtek, you'll work with 100% inbound, pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-knocking. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and warm leads for ACA Health, Life, Final Expense, and Medicare plans.
• Identify client needs, match them with suitable policies, and confidently close sales.
• Manage follow-ups and client relationships through our integrated CRM system.
• Ensure all sales comply with state regulations and licensing standards.
• Track goals, performance metrics, and maintain client satisfaction at every stage.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve conversion rates and team performance.

Required Skills:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (multi-state strongly preferred).
• Licensed in at least 5-6 of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MS, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.
• Minimum 2 years of Health insurance sales experience (ACA or Medicare).
• Excellent communication, listening, and closing skills.
• Driven, dependable, and committed to long-term growth.

Salary and Benefits:

• $59,580.00 - $125,840.00+ annual earning potential (Commission + bonuses).
