Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and community-oriented small animal practice in Apopka, Florida. The hospital is a full-service general practice dedicated to high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs. Working Hours / Rota
This position offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time schedules. The role does not include any mention of after-hours or on-call requirements, indicating a focus on maintaining work-life balance for the veterinary team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will handle all responsibilities typical of a general practice veterinarian. These include diagnosing and treating various health conditions in small animals, performing surgeries, educating pet owners on wellness and preventive care, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes. This role is open to both experienced veterinarians and confident new graduates, with structured mentorship and support provided for those just entering the profession.

Practice Details
The hospital is a newly renovated, high-tech facility located just north of Orlando. In addition to offering comprehensive general veterinary services, the practice provides unique modalities such as Chinese Medicine. The environment is designed to foster both high-quality medical care and a positive, community-driven atmosphere.

Team
The practice currently includes two DVMs and a well-supported, tenured team. With a strong culture of mentorship and collaboration, the hospital offers a nurturing environment where both seasoned veterinarians and recent graduates can thrive and continue to develop their skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
