As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are met

Required Skills:

• Experience in hotel operations and housekeeping management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of labor cost management and quality of service standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Certified Dietary Manager qualification
• Multi-unit management experience
• Grilling and food service management skills
• Hotel sales and hospitality management experience

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $30,000.00

Maximum Salary: $40,000.00

Benefits: 401(k) plan
