Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. Full-time, but will consider part-time.
Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential or commercial real estate
- Coordinating housing permits is a plus
- Escrow/transaction coordination with buyers
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Real Estate license - MUST
- MLS experience
- Outlook/Excel experience required
- Property listing experience
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
