Job Title: PEMB Estimator (Remote) – MBS Experience Required

Overview: We are seeking an experienced PEMB Estimator with strong proficiency in Metal Building Software (MBS) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience estimating pre-engineered metal buildings and a solid understanding of PEMB components, assemblies, and industry standards. This role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for pre-engineered metal building projects

• Perform detailed take-offs using MBS

• Review project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements

• Generate proposals, pricing sheets, and supporting documentation

• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project management teams

• Evaluate design options and provide cost-effective recommendations

• Maintain knowledge of PEMB products, assemblies, and market pricing

• Support bid strategy and assist with follow-up on pending proposals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience estimating PEMB / metal building systems

• Proficiency with MBS software required

• Strong understanding of PEMB design, components, and construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
