Electrician

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to support an overnight commercial build-out project. Candidates must have strong commercial electrical experience, be reliable for night-shift work, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on commercial job sites
• Run and install conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.), pull wire, and make terminations
• Install lighting systems, panels, switches, receptacles, and other electrical devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
• Collaborate with other trades and follow direction from supervisors/foremen
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
• Proficient in bending conduit, pulling wire, and making terminations
• Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable commercial electrical codes
• Must have own basic hand tools and PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance—especially for overnight hours
• Valid electrician license (if required by state)

Preferred:

• Experience working on build-outs, tenant improvements, or ground-up commercial projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to lead apprentices or small crews
