With the current doctor on medical leave and unlikely to return, the incoming provider will inherit a steady schedule and the opportunity to build quickly in a supportive, dentist-led organization.

• DeNovo office (less than 1 year old) located in a booming, high-income suburb

• 1-doctor model with strong support from 2 Dental Assistants (no hygienist initially)

• 6–8 modern operatories, fully digital with Itero and Denticon

• 10–15 patients per day (80% adults / 20% children)

• Primarily PPO payor mix

• Comprehensive clinical scope, including:

  • Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

  • Surgical extractions

  • Endodontics (anterior/bicuspid required; molar a plus)

  • Implant placement (mentorship & residency available)

  • Prosthetics

• High-volume environment with strong growth trajectory
