Envision Eye Care, with locations in Bristol, VA, is seeking a motivated Associate Optometrist to join our team starting summer of 2026.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams, provide medical optometry services, co-manage patient care, fit contact lenses (including specialty/scleral lenses), and offer dry-eye treatment.
• Participate in marketing and patient-education initiatives such as screen-time relief, dry-eye awareness, and social media outreach.
• Collaborate with optical, support staff, and leadership to enhance the practice and maintain a patient-first culture.
• Receive mentorship, structured onboarding, and quarterly reviews to support your professional development.

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Experience in eye care, contact lens fitting, visual field testing, and ocular disease management
• Proficiency in pre-testing, refraction, eye exams, diabetic retinopathy management, and optomap imaging
• Knowledge of cataract evaluation, optical coherence tomography, patient recall systems, and vision therapy
• Ability to provide postoperative care, assess visual acuity, and collaborate with ophthalmologists

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000.00 to $150,000.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, health savings accounts (HSAs), continuing education stipend, and assistance with student loan repayment.
