About Us
We are a busy, physician-led orthopedic practice with a strong focus on sports medicine, functional rehabilitation, and integrative patient care. Our team includes orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and wellness specialists. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality care for a diverse and exciting caseload of patients.
Position Overview
The Acupuncturist will work collaboratively with our physicians and rehabilitation team to treat patients with sports-related injuries, chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and wellness needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, team-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acupuncture treatments for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related conditions
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate care
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, wellness practices, and injury prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions
- Uphold professional, ethical, and evidence-based practice standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of practice (active and in good standing)
- Strong experience in orthopedic or sports-related conditions preferred
- Knowledge of integrative pain management protocols
- Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
- Saturday availability required
