Join the bar team at Cut 132 , as a Bartender you will be at the forefront of our beverage program, crafting and serving delightful cocktails, wines, and beverages to our guests. Responsibilities- Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless beverage service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays.
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law).
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles)
- Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions.
- Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash.
