Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSR (if required by the state)

Support Staff: 1 MCD, 1 Hyg, 4 DAs

Volume : 7-10 NP and EP

What you'll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
