A global beverage leader is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Account Director to provide high-level support for our Super Bowl programs. This role requires a strong blend of project management excellence and client-facing leadership , ensuring seamless execution during a fast-paced, high-visibility period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day project management for Super Bowl campaign workstreams, ensuring all deliverables stay on timeline, on budget, and on brief
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing clear communication, status updates, and alignment
Oversee workflow, scheduling, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination (creative, production, strategy, etc.)
Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems to maintain smooth execution during a compressed timeline
Support client interactions with professionalism, clarity, and strategic understanding of objectives
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
Ensure brand standards and campaign requirements are met across all deliverables
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in project management, account management, or integrated production (agency or brand side)
Proven experience managing complex, high-profile campaigns (Super Bowl or large-scale tentpole events a plus)
Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with quick turnarounds
Comfortable jumping into an active workflow with minimal onboarding
