Project Manager Job Description Join a well-established, family-owned general contracting company in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in commercial construction. With nearly a century of experience, this company focuses on public and civic projects across the state. They pride themselves on self-performing demolition, concrete, and carpentry work. Responsibilities Oversee the entire project to ensure it is constructed according to design, schedule, and budget. Interact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage project schedule, cost, and quality. Handle change orders and project closeout. Essential Skills 7+ years of Project Management experience. Experience in construction management and commercial construction. Public project experience is required. Proficient in project coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
