Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients

• Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services

• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with leadership to drive firm growth and client service excellence

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred, not required (would also consider EA for right candidate!)

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax

• Proven ability to lead and manage engagements

• Strong technical knowledge of tax codes and compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
