SureFit Financial is launching a first-of-its-kind POD System for licensed life insurance agents on January 1, 2026, and we are filling POD seats now.

Compensation:
$78,000–$140,000+ per year based on 10,000–15,000 AP per month at a 65%–80% contract level.

What the Role Is:
This is a remote life insurance sales position focused on running pre-booked appointments.
No cold calling. No recruiting. No lead purchasing.

Each POD Includes:

• One producing agent

• One company-provided Caller/Scheduler

• Monthly leads assigned to your POD

• CRM, scripts, and full support

Products You Will Sell:

• Term Life Insurance

• Whole Life Insurance

• Indexed Universal Life (IUL)

• Living Benefits

• Fixed & Indexed Annuities

Key Responsibilities:

• Run virtual or phone appointments

• Complete needs assessments

• Present life and annuity solutions

• Submit applications within 24–48 hours

• Maintain compliance and professionalism
