You will be responsible for maintaining the feeling of home within our community and with each individual resident all while ensuring the residents receive world-class service. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and tasks effectively. A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a focus on creating a pleasant living environment for residents. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to pass a background check.
