Lead Tile Installer

As our business expands BMF Remodeling is looking to add a Lead Tile Installer to our team.

BMF Remodeling LLC is located in Oswego, IL and will be celebrating 15 years of business in 2026.

As a general contractor we look for individuals that specialize in their trade of expertise.

BMF services Oswego and surrounding towns by completing custom remodels.

Job Description:

Full Time Lead Installer for custom tile projects to complete the following:

• tile prep (hardie install, framing shower curb, niche, benches)
• poured concrete shower pans to custom size
• floor tile
• shower tile
• backsplash tile
• stacked stone
• brick
• frameless glass installation

Qualifications:

• great customer service
• reliable and on time with attention to detail
• proactive and motivated
• minimum 5 years experience of tile installation, 10 years preferred
• valid driver's license
• 3 client referrals

Benefits:

• $75,000 - $90,000 a year based on experience assigned work van
