We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Manager to join our fast-growing construction firm. This role is critical to ensuring our projects run smoothly by sourcing and managing all materials, equipment, and supplies for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, vendor accounts, and receipts.
• Understand project through scheduling and field communication to determine the projects material needs.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory, control and stock replenishment.
• Manage all company dispatching - Internal & external. 
• Managing machine maintenance + service needs. Ordering parts, filters, oils and other needs.
• Find smart, cost-effective ways to purchase tools and equipment that truly fit the company’s needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement in construction or related industries
• Strong understanding of construction materials and project workflows
• Background in structural concrete is highly preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and purchase order software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate work vans
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
