If so, we are currently seeking a dependable Dental Hygienist to join our esteemed team at a reputable dental practice located in Scranton, PA. This position requires in-person work, where you will utilize your expertise to assist our patients in achieving optimal oral health.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Monitor gum health and conduct oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Assist with dental procedures and daily operational tasks
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary

Required Skills:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license with CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency in digital X-rays and preventive dental care
• Skilled in scaling & root planing and periodontal treatments
• Ability to provide anesthesia and educate on oral health maintenance
• Competent in chairside assistance and treating gum-related issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in patient care and clinic management
• Familiarity with oral cancer screening techniques
• Comfort with operating X-ray machinery and dental software

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $64,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
