We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Grading Division Manager to lead and coordinate the companies grading operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in earthwork, site preparation, and equipment logistics who thrives in a fast-paced field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites prior to mobilization, including coordination of drilling, excavation, shoring, and other pre-construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of grading operations.
• Oversee field project organization, ensuring crews, equipment, and materials are aligned with project timelines.
• Leverage project blueprints and a deep understanding of site requirements to oversee all preparation of elevations, machinery needs, operational instructions, and associated logistics.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with excavation shoring and pre-drilling coordination
• Strong understanding of heavy machinery and its applications in grading and excavation
• Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
