Dates: Dec 22, 29-31, Jan 2

Schedule: Mon-Wed 7:30a-5:30p, Fri 8a-1:30p

Pay: Starting at$125-$135/hour

Patient Volume: Not Provided

Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSR (if required by the state)

Support Staff: 3 DA, 1 RDH

What you'll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
