What Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.

Administration is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. May assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Uses company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage on phones and front desk activities for lunches, breaks and PTO
  • Create and reconcile purchase orders in the Buy Now system
  • Assist with administration portion of CAR ( capital acquisition requests) creation
  • Keep Workplace Services policies, guidelines, and processes updated with any changes both online and within our shared Team drives
  • Assist with staffing schedules and associated changes
  • Act as Workplace Services representative at Employee Committee Meeting and related Activity Planning
  • Support special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience, preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
  • Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently

  • May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members

Anticipated hourly range : $25.50-$35.31
