Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, quick to pick up new systems, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries

• Process policy updates such as adding/removing drivers, vehicles, and coverage changes

• Review documents and ensure accuracy in all data entry

• Provide clear, friendly communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Support agents and teammates to maintain smooth office flow

• Learn and utilize AAA systems and underwriting guidelines

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty License

• Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
