Maintenance Technician / fabricator

We’re Hiring: Creative Mechanical & Fabrication Technician
Location: North Portland (near the I-5 corridor)
Pay: $28 - $40 per hour, DOE
Shift: Swing Shift — 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

We are seeking an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker with strong mechanical and fabrication skills to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, building solutions, and working with a variety of industrial systems, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, bearings, zippers, forklifts, and other industrial equipment

• Perform light electrical work (3-phase, 470V)

• Fabricate and weld using wire feed, stick, and torch methods

• Approach challenges creatively and develop practical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Fabrication/welding experience

• Ability to think creatively and independently

• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a great attitude
