We are a growing rural healthcare clinic providing comprehensive primary care and some specialty services to our community, with a strong focus on serving Medi-Cal and Partnership HealthPlan populations. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality healthcare close to home.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with two possible schedule options:
• 3 × 12-hour shifts OR
• 2 × 12-hour shifts + 2 × 6-hour shifts
• Must be available to work Sunday through Friday (exact days vary by schedule).

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with providers and clinical team members to support patient care.
• Perform clinical procedures, patient assessments, and assist with treatments.
• Support patient education and help create a welcoming, respectful environment.
• Ensure each patient receives the best possible experience during their visit.
• Collaborate in a team-centered environment to provide seamless care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Strong interest in procedures and hands-on patient care.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate.
• Experience in primary care or specialty care preferred (not required).
• A passion for serving rural communities and diverse populations.
