Gasthof Gramshammer and Pepi Sports are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our team. This full-time, year-round position plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of our hotel, restaurant/bar, and retail outlets. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with multiple business units, and brings a high level of accuracy and professionalism to daily tasks.

As the Assistant Controller, you will take ownership of essential financial processes that help keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly accounts payable for the hotel, restaurant/bar, and retail departments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.

• Reconcile and maintain daily receipts for all business units, requiring consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Prepare monthly sales tax filings and complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations .

• Assist the Controller with various accounting duties and special projects , supporting a collaborative, service-driven environment.

• Provide reliable financial support across multiple departments to ensure smooth internal operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
