BBA degree minimum - salary based on abilities.

Teams- be able to work in cross functional and self managed teams.

Strong excel- Understanding of pivot tables, v-lookups

DATA ENTRY- must be able to manage large spreadsheet

basic accounting knowledge- debits and credits

5500, 1099 preparations

401k recordkeeping

ability to get understanding of software used.

multi task- individual must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace market.

Diverse - able to handle clients outside of texas.

Entering and categorizing financial transactions, such as invoices, bills, and payments, into QuickBooks.

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assisting with creating and maintaining budgets using QuickBooks.

Tracking actual income and expenses against budgeted amounts and reporting discrepancies.

Handling bank and credit card reconciliations.

Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements with QuickBooks records.

Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
Skills Required : Must have heavy QuickBooks experience - QuickBooks desktop
