Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify orders.
• Provide patient consultations, address medication concerns, and offer wellness advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
• Non Sterile compounding knowledge and acumen
• Open understanding of workflow and learning specific operations
• Some business acumen to understand pricing, billing and expense reduction

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license (required).
• Prior experience in independent pharmacy preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible and team-oriented—willing to help with all duties, big or small.
