Position: Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports to: Director, Finance
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for a Finance Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead and manage our Corporate Finance function. This role will oversee the annual budget process, leads variance analysis, and reconciles monthly actuals to forecast. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts while collaborating across the broader Finance team
- Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on active construction projects and company ISGA (overhead) expenses
- Analyze the company’s WIP (work in progress) report and identify project finance risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Project Operations, Field Operations, and Business Development to align on current and upcoming construction project performance
- Partner with business leaders on departmental ISGA cost planning
- Oversee the company’s billable rates creation and rate analysis
- Support leadership with ad hoc financial analytics

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, project/operations finance, or a related field
- Required: You have prior experience in managing direct reports
- Required: You have earned your bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Bonus Points: You’re familiar with Finance in the construction industry
