We re seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented lead network administrator to support and evolve our nationwide multi-site infrastructure. This is an onsite role (5 days/week) with a clear path into leadership, eventually overseeing a small team. The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades in networking who enjoys leading projects and driving technical initiatives. Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance LAN/WAN/SAN environments, configuring network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless), and transitioning our infrastructure from Cisco to Ubiquiti. This person will serve as the technical lead for network upgrades, new site deployments, and core infrastructure projects. Strong experience in routing, switching, wireless networking, troubleshooting, and incident response is required, along with familiarity with PCI standards and SAN/backup solutions. Hands-on experience with SonicWall firewalls and network monitoring tools is preferred. Candidates should have 5+ years in enterprise network administration, CCNA (CCNP preferred), and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
