Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Middleware Administrator to join our growing team. Join our dynamic team as an Middleware Administrator , where you will manage, configure, and support enterprise middleware platforms. This role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and security of middleware environments that support critical business applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and administer middleware technologies including WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or similar application servers.
  • Monitor and maintain middleware environments to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application server issues, including deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security hardening for middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support application deployments and environment changes.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Implement best practices for middleware architecture, automation, performance optimization, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, or similar enterprise application servers.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting within a Linux OS is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux OS troubleshooting, including logs, permissions, services, networking, and shell scripting.
  • Have understanding about messaging systems like MQ
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
