Location: Eau Claire, WI**
Compensation Potential: $55,000–$65,000 + performance incentives**

A growing wellness clinic is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to lead sales performance, elevate client results, and uphold exceptional operational standards. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with experience in sales-driven, wellness-focused, or premium service environments who excels at creating consistency, structure, and strong team performance.

Position Summary

The Clinic Director oversees all aspects of the clinic’s daily operations with an emphasis on sales growth, wellness-focused service, and operational excellence. This leader ensures the clinic runs efficiently, maintains a polished and professional atmosphere, and provides clients with a supportive, results-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead consultations and convert prospects through a relationship-based, consultative approach
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans that deliver consistent growth
  • Evaluate performance metrics and adjust tactics to stay aligned with clinic targets

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure workflows, schedules, and processes run efficiently and cohesively
  • Maintain high standards for clinic organization, cleanliness, and client flow
  • Establish and reinforce operational systems that support accuracy, consistency, and client satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory, compliance, and protocol adherence with strong attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance overall clinic performance

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and daily guidance to the clinic team
  • Foster an accountable, collaborative culture focused on professional growth and client outcomes
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and set clear expectations for success

Client Experience Excellence

  • Ensure each client receives a high-touch, personalized, wellness-focused experience
  • Support a welcoming, professional atmosphere that aligns with modern med-spa and wellness standards
  • Address escalations with empathy and solutions-oriented leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership with strong consultative selling skills
  • Background in med-spa, wellness, beauty, healthcare retail, or premium service environments
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to create structure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong work ethic, high standards, and a passion for wellness
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays
