Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Vice President of Garage to join our growing team!
As the Vice President of Garage, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the department, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.
How You Will Contribute:
- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the company's garage department.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on garage products.
- Collaborate with other departments to carry out the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline underwriting processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the company's business plan and vision.
- Establish, communicate, and implement departmental policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in garage insurance.
- Identify training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- 8 y ears or more of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Less than 10%.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Passion for learning new technologies and enhancing existing skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Pay Range
$90k - $90k AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
