Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler for our client in Huntsville, AL. The Assembler may work in a variety of workstations including but not limited to assembly line/operator, packing, glue machine operator, poly handler/operator, channel forming installer, labeler, and ring/channel welder. This is a mechanical position under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company while building your long-term career

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and sub-assembly tasks on the production line.
• Follow job orders and customer specifications.
• Retrieve and handle parts and materials as needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Report production and quality data; support company goals.
• May train on workstations as proficiency grows.
• Use hand and power tools; handle materials such as metal, poly, and glue.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and work tickets.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills (fractions/decimals).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Steeled-toed shoes
