Facilities Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment such as lathes, mills, and routers
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall performance
• Manage CMMS for work orders, maintenance history, and asset records
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of buildings, grounds, and facility infrastructure
• Manage facility security systems and ensure compliance with established protocols
• Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization practices
• Coordinate upkeep of network infrastructure and facility-wide systems
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and facility staff
• Delegate work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide training on CNC maintenance procedures and safety requirements
• Develop departmental KPIs, analyze data, and implement action plans aligned with company objectives
• Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development to support operational needs
• Create and manage the maintenance and facilities department budget
• Select, coordinate, and oversee external vendors for specialized services
• Maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts, supplies, and consumables

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Preferred: OSHA 30-Hour General Industry, NFPA 70E Electrical Safety, Lean Manufacturing or TPM certification, and First Aid/CPR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to motivate, lead, and support team members while collaborating effectively across departments
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to train and guide personnel on safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are followed
