Assistant Foreman

As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking an Assistant Foreman to join our team in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints for construction projects
• Perform tasks as instructed by foreman/site supervisor including but not limited to general building construction and landscape construction 
• Machine operation including excavator, skid steer,  Genie Lift, and fork lift
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Complete general repairs and inspections according to specifications
• Assist with electrical work, plumbing, irrigation, catchment, and distribution systems

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in construction and engineering
• OSHA Certified
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions
• Strong time managment skills
• Ability to assist in manage construction and landscape crews

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $57,600.00
• Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
