Shining Stars Pediatric Therapy Center is a child-centered therapy practice committed to helping children thrive through compassionate, high-quality therapeutic services. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to supporting communication and developmental growth in a fun, collaborative, and family-focused environment. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric team.

Position Summary:
The SLPA will support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the delivery of speech and language therapy services for children with a variety of communication needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children succeed, enjoys working in a dynamic team setting, and thrives in a supportive and structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, following individualized treatment plans
• Implement activities that support speech, language, and communication goals
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and maintaining therapy environments
• Record and document client progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the supervising SLP, parents, and other team members to support client success
• Support generalization of communication skills across environments through carryover activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience working with children, particularly in a therapy, school, or childcare setting (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about working with children
