Job Summary - Receptionist/Customer Service
Working hours are 8:30 to 5:30 pm daily, full-time in person only. This position is a weekend position with two days off during the week.
This client offers a casual yet professional environment in our beautiful boat Marina office.
The Receptionis/Customer Service is the ambassador of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. This person is responsible for all administrative and customer service tasks, assisting boaters in addition to facilitating safe and efficient operations.
This person is the primary point of contact for all customer data with data entry documentation is entered in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with our Boat Cloud System, QuickBooks and all company processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a hospitality and customer facing position
- General safety experience in industrial environments or similar
- At least 2 years of clerical and data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience working in a Marina Dockmaster’s office or similar hospitality company
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- General office setting
- Be able to speak and hear
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- Able to use hands for typing
- Able to move freely and quickly in an office environment, and at the boat marina
