PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our corporate office.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all PrimaryOne Health job posting boards, including posting jobs, advertisements, and all social media recruitment accounts. Research industry trends to recommend additional advertising methods and resources.
- Represent PrimaryOne Health by conducting recruitment presentations at job fairs, hiring and career events, community events, and networking opportunities to develop a candidate pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts including candidate screening and interviewing coordination and/or participating in interviews.
- Manage candidate pre-employment process (background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen, etc.).
- Coordinate and ensure completion of all new hire paperwork, including assisting credentialing department in verification of documents.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring new employees are welcomed effectively.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and provide training to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Manages all employee wellness program functions, including wellness committee and budget.
- Provide support in annual audits and prepares reports, as necessary.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic HR filing systems, including maintenance of electronic records in HRIS system.
- Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors and patients.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience. Must have 0-3 years' experience in human resources function. Experience in handling confidential information is necessary.
