COMPENSATION AND PERKS - General Dentistry (DDS)

• $440K+ per year

• $800 daily guarantee plus net collections (30%, increasing to 35% after $750K)

• Sign-on bonus: $10,000

• Profit sharing and equity/ownership opportunity after 2 years

• Flexible schedule - 3 or 4 days/week (Fridays OFF)

• H-1B visa sponsorship available

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - General Dentistry (DDS)

• State-of-the-art facility with new iTero scanner

• Invisalign services available (if desired)

• Clinic volume: 15-20 patients/day, including hygiene

• Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday (flexible to 3 days)

• Fully staffed support team: Hygienist, Dental Assistant, EFDA

• Solo provider position

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - General Dentistry (DDS)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program

• Open to new graduates

• Must be comfortable with simple extractions, dentures, and removable prosthetics

• Experience in implants and root canals is a plus, but not required

• Open to H-1B visa candidates
