Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.
As a Preschool Teacher , youll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.
What Youll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
- Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
- Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education.
- an awarded CDA in Preschool.
- 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
