• Lead with compassion, guiding the care team in supporting residents with dementia through every stage of their journey.

• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and visitors, ensuring open and supportive communication.

• Develop and oversee engaging programs tailored to the unique needs of those with memory loss.

• Serve as a resource and advocate for families, providing education and support as they navigate the challenges of dementia care.

• Must have a valid LVN or RN license in TX or compact license.

• Experience working with dementia care, with an understanding of disease progression, specialized programming, and best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for serving others.
