The Impact Youll Make in this Role

As a Senior Exchange Administrator at Solventum, youll have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative, diverse teams across the globe. Youll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our email infrastructure.

The Impact you'll make in this role

• Administer and maintain the Exchange Server environment and Microsoft 365 email services.
• Implement and manage email security measures, including spam filtering, malware protection, and secure email protocols.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain optimal service levels.
• Lead mailbox management tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365 and Exchange technologies, recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution and (7) seven years' in Microsoft 365 Exchange administration in private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED AND (11) eleven years' in Microsoft 365 Exchange administration in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 5 years of experience specifically in email routing, protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), and email security.

• 2 years with enterprise-grade email security platforms like Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Work location: Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
