Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist you are responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. You will develop and revise plans of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan.  Plan for residents’ discharge and anticipate for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.  Educate other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

Qualifications Required

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
