Responsibilities
  • Led R&D initiatives for enzyme-based solutions in food applications, with emphasis on bakery product innovation
  • Formulated, optimized, and validated enzyme blends through experimental design and performance analysis
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing, production, and QA teams to drive product development and commercialization
  • Authored technical documentation and presented research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Provided expert technical support while staying current with advancements in enzyme technology and food science

Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Food Science, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in the food industry (particularly bakery) with a specialization in enzyme formulation and application.
  • Expertise in enzyme chemistry and its practical use in food processing applications
  • Skilled in statistical methods and experimental design for product development and optimization
  • Open to 10-15% travel

Salary: $130k- $140k
