About the Practice

Join a well-established, high-potential family dental practice in Copper Hill, TN — a community-focused office poised for growth. The practice operates in a modern facility with 7 fully equipped operatories, utilizing Dentrix Enterprise and digital X-rays in every room. The environment is professional, efficient, and ready for a motivated provider who enjoys a supportive yet autonomous setting.

You’ll be joining a team of 2 Dentists and 2 Hygienists, with 1.5 Dental Assistants per provider. Historically, this office has produced $12K–$15K/day, demonstrating a strong patient base and healthy payor mix. Current production has dipped to around $8K–$9K/day, creating a fantastic opportunity for an energetic provider to restore prior levels and beyond.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM

• Patients per Day: 8–10 (goal of $4K+ daily production)

• Procedures: Comprehensive family dentistry – restorative, crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions (endo a plus)

• Patient Age Range: Primarily 15+ years old

• Technology: Dentrix Enterprise, digital X-rays in each operatory

• Payor Mix: 100% Fee-for-Service – No Medicaid or Medicare

Compensation

• Competitive daily rate or percentage of production

• Average bi-weekly take-home around $7,000, with potential to increase to $10,000+ with focused production efforts
