Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer for our client in Reno, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify product information, quantities, and quality before shipping
• Prepare and label packages for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) as needed
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Assist with restocking and other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Pay
• Shift: 2nd Shift — 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hr
