What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems.
• Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

Work Environment

This role involves working in outdoor and industrial settings with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
