Poole's Pharmacy Care in Greenville, KY is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our team in providing exceptional pharmaceutical services, coumpounding services and home medical equipment to our clients. As a Pharmacist in Charge at Poole's Pharmacy Care, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in drug management therapy, providing vaccinations, and ensuring convenient delivery of prescriptions to homes or workplaces. Daily Responsibilities:

• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Dispense medications following all legal requirements
• Manage pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide medication therapy management services
• Oversee clinical pharmacy operations such as vaccinations
• Protect and maintain a positive work environment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Immunization certification
• Strong patient care and counseling skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety protocols
• Leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in reimbursement processes
• Visual acuity for accurate prescription dispensing
• Compounding experience

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $128,000.00 - $140,000.00
