Education
Bachelors degree in Video Production, Broadcast, Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience in similar roles a plus!
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite required
Knowledge of camera operation, set lighting, audio recording, video/audio monitoring, and color correction preferred

Desired Skills:
Experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus
Experience leading and managing video projects in a creative environment a plus
Experience with RED camera systems a plus
Technical knowledge across multiple aspects of a creative video workflow a plus

Role:
The Coordinator, Video Production & Post-Production is responsible for execution of video capture and post-production activities across channels and end-uses. They are focused on short-form and ambient motion across site and social, but work on other video projects as assigned. This individual reports to the Manager, Video Production & Post-Production facilitating video capture, editing, and related post-production activities to ensure all video projects deliver at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities:
Directly execute video capture and post-production work as assigned
Receive, organize, and manage creative assets, project files, and design deliverables to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
Provide recommendations for video capture, edit, and delivery to best meet the needs of the creative vision
Lead on-site video capture for short-form video content as assigned; use working knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, and video-specific equipment for efficient and high-quality results
Edit video footage for intended final use as assigned; integrate footage or content from outside vendors and partners
Use working knowledge of editing, color grading, motion graphics, and other post-production software for efficient and high-quality results
Perform quality checks of work-in-progress as needed to ensure accurate, on-time, and high-quality deliverables
Package and release final design deliverables to internal and external partners
Archive final released files according to established standards
Support proper asset metadata and tagging
